Yes, there is a $25 concierge lab draw fee. The lab will bill your insurance for the lab processing fees.

AETNA, BCBS, CIGNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, TRICARE, AMBETTER, MEDICARE, HSA, and most other insurances. We accept all major credit cards
