Our delivery model is concierge structured and flexible-we see patients in their homes, places of work, or in one of our clinics. You will see a medical professional, and be back on the road to recovery in as little time as possible.

No. There is no contract to sign.

Yes, there is a concierge fee of $125 for office hours and $150 for after 6 pm or weekends for all home visits.
There is a $50 concierge fee for all clinic urgent care visits.
This is not covered by insurance. It is a fee for using concierge service.

No. You pay for each appointment at the time you are seen. There is a concierge fee for home visits and clinic visits. Insurance does not cover this fee.

Yes, we take most major insurances and Medicare for all sick visits and testing. AETNA, BCBS, CIGNA, UNITED HEALTHCARE, TRICARE and AMBETTER. We do not take Medicaid

Yes. Your insurance will bill for a copay and any unmet deductible. The concierge fee is only for the concierge services we provide.

Yes, your insurance will bill you for a copay and any sick-related testing, treatment if you have not met your deductible.
