Upon graduation she worked in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham Alabama. Allie Barnes
Allie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from TCU in 2013. She spent 8+ years working in the Pediatric Oncology Unit at Cook Children’s Medical Center before moving over to Dr. Cowan’s practice. She is currently getting her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at TCU (once a Horned Frog, always a Horned Frog), and will graduate in May 2023 to start practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She also enjoys teaches the Pediatric Oncology elective at TCU on Thursday nights.

When Allie isn’t working or studying, there’s a good chance you’ll still find her on the move. She still regularly attends TCU football games, is an avid Peloton-er and RevFit class goer, likes to run, and is also a mama to 3 fur babies: Winnie, Moose, and Lyle! Allie loves spending time with her parents in Austin and brother in Dallas, but certainly now considers Fort Worth to be home. She’s made it a personal mission to find the best patio, with chips & queso of course, in the city!
Nancy Bayouth

Nancy has been in nursing 28 years. She has worked in trauma ICU, dialysis, navigating breast cancer patients, geriatrics and her friends and family through healthcare needs. Her new role at Fort Worth Concierge allows her to cast a vision to the future of healthcare and offer a holistic, comprehensive care plan for the medical and wellness practice.

She loves spending time with her husband and 3 sons. Especially anything on the lake, ranch or farm. Her hobbies are gardening, DIY projects, family, friends, bible study and learning. I am excited to grow this practice to meet the needs of our patients and their families. I consider this a ministry to help those who are poor in health and spirit.
